Documenting the 'HYPEBEAST'
With the world of fashion constantly evolving, this fashion documentary aims to explore a sub-culture within streetwear known as ‘HYPEBEAST’ culture. It revolves around the idea of exclusive streetwear fashion items and accessories which are released in limited quantities.
Over a six-month period, I captured twelve individuals who associate themselves within this movement, looking at their role and how they immerse themselves into this culture. This documentary also looks at the processes in which these individuals go through to get their hands on these products, whilst also documenting my experience of being a part of this environment.
